woooo, huzzah, crap and more crap
woooo - finally finished with the summer course I was taking. The course was a blast to take and I am pretty happy with the animation I made in the class. Hopefully will have a decently compressed version of it up online sometime soon. It will be nice to not spend every day of the week in a computer cluster for 12 hours,,, was getting a bit much. Though I do feel I solidified some better friendships with other New Media Peeps which is always nice
huzzah - My POTD has actually been getting updated pretty regularly. I'm super happy about that, and even happier that I have a digital camera again. The site should be getting updated pretty regularly, won't promise a daily update because I can't be sure I will be in a computer lab every day. But i definately have plenty of pictures, espicially after my adventure with charlie
crap - so for whatever reason I got paid $0 today. I knew that I had forgotten to fill out my summer authorization form, but i was still expecting pay for the last week of finals. But its not there, and I can't find out about it until monday. Not sure what the exact problem is, but hoping it can be fixed easily, or else I'm going to be a very hungry guy who can't pay rent. I'm considering calling up my mom to try and get a small loan from her. I know she would give me the money if I need it, I just hate to ask.
more crap - Car is still busted, and through random conversations I have had I believe that in addition to all the other problems the car has it may also have a hole in the muffler, which I hear is expensive to replace. I guess that is maybe why I have been post poning(sp?) bringing the car in to get fixed. Because if I bring it in and they quote me some crazy dollar figure then I am just going to have to scrap the damn thing because its old enough and beat up enough that it really isn't worth investing in. I really enjoy having a car, helps me feel like i'm not completely trapped up here in the woods of maine.
