P.S. Reading psychology self-help books like The Feeling Good Handbook by Dr. David Burns makes me see how fucked up everybody else is. No one can even speak to each other in the correct way. Reading books like that also makes me analyze and pick apart lots of situations, just like I suppose a psychologist does. I'm not sure if they do it that way or not, but I'll sit there and hear things or read things and pick out where they made mistakes and all sorts of stuff.
The moral of today's story is: don't try and talk about your issues with someone when you're really angry and worked up. It never gets anywhere and everybody ends up being upset, and that sucks.
On a completely unrelated note: I have to pee and I just ran out of toilet paper. I'm glad I've got Kleenex.
