So I called up UPS at 8:05AM today (you can see the transaction!) and asked if it could be delivered tonight after 8PM and YES it can be done, aha! But sadly there's GST since it's over S$400. Quite a lot over, actually, so I'm not so pissed- it's not like it's S$400.05 or something like that. But lesson to be learnt! Never order over S$400 to singapore, even if it's a GIFT, because the singapore government customs will eat away 7% gst =O
