I wonder how long it will take fundamentalists and conservative lawmakers to shoot it down.

Of courses this is an oversimplification, there are many valid opinions and you are entitled to your own... mine is frustration that this wonderful advance will likely be so contraversial.
Why is it "playing god" when we create a new species, but not when we annihilate one?
In other news, today is the first day of class! My schedual is gonna be rough, 8:30 class every day except for Tuesday (9:30) and Saturday and Sunday when I work from 6AM to 3PM with a half hour commute. No sleeping in till Memorial day... which I will probubly have to work on. Sigh
I'm also taking 4 ME classes as apposed to last quarter's 3... this is gonna be rough. So I want to appoligize if I am difficult to get ahold of, cranky, boring and if I bring my homework everywhere. I've got plenty of work to go around this quarter.
Well I'm off to my next class, Good luck to you all in the new quarter!
