My internship
June 16 marks a very important day for me. It is on that day that I will be packing up some clothes and other things and leaving for Santa Maria CA for 2 1/2 months. I will be a production crew member for The Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts. I am kinda nervous but really excited. I will be working on Kiss Me Kate and Urinetown. I am so happy to be working on 2 musicals. I will be going to a place I have never been to, with people I don't know, in venues I am not used to. It will be an interesting experience. But I can't wait for it. This is a big step for me. I will learn if I am ready for the "real world" yet, or at least get an idea if I am. I know I have work to do, but this will help give me an idea of just how much is needed within the next year. I am going to miss Flagstaff and my friends while I am out there, but this is just too good of an opportunity to pass up. I will do my best to make NAU proud.
