So we finally have the Internet here at the appt. Our neighbors are letting us mooch off their wireless connection. Good deal!
We had the official housewarming party the other night. Despite most of our friends from school not being able to make it, we had a good 20-25 turnout. Got utterly wasted. Awesome time! The other night we had an aftermath party. Candy and I shotgunned our first beers but it turned into a beer fight... needless to say I got soaked. Nothing like beer getting dumped on your head and down your underpants. Oh and I got my ass slapped so hard by Nick that it left a bruise in the shape of a palm and fingers on my cheeks.
Thurston has pretty much been living here. But he finally went home and now I miss him. I'm all lonely again.
Candy and I fostered two 4 wk old kittens that someone dumped in the Wilton landfill but neither of them made it. :(
I've talked to AJ twice since they left for tour on the 16th. I'm taking it really well. I miss him but it doesn't affect me at all. I'm happy and I have wonderful friends. A month off really isn't a big deal.
