it must be something in the water
This week has turned out to be more interesting than I expected. AJ came up Sunday night to keep me company. I went to the cafe for the first time this semester on Monday. Last week I was approached by my Botany professor and he asked me if I wanted to help him on a research project involving invasive tree species in Maine. It sounds kind of boring but it's a good opportunity so I agreed and met the other 2 girls working on it last night. Apparently tonight we will be sanding tree samples and counting tree rings. Sweet. I joined the Natural Sciences Club. Yea, I've hit ultimate nerdom. But hey, it'll look good for grad school. Candy and I still don't have a time for the radio show.. debating on if I even have time for it this semester...
Last night I yelled at Melissa's ex-fiance on the phone because he was being a complete asstard to her. It took him a good 45 mins to think of a good comeback so he informed me that AJ cheated on me. Nice one Jared, if only you could have thought of something more realistic. My man would never do that to me.
After that mini-series drama, we drank in the room with Nate and Josh. A power-trip RA from a different floor came and told us to quiet down & said she could smell the alcohol. So we were super quiet but sure enough, she sent the public safety cop to come bust us anyways. Apparenly I'm getting written up for having booze in the room. Honestly? I really don't even care. They can lick the balls I wish I had.
