I'll jump in on the review bandwagon in naming my post :D
Oh, I cried because it was a happy Christmas after all.
I got it in my head that it was all a made up thing, this Doctor and Rosita. So I was surprised to actually buy the tale Jackson told and start to wonder that he might be 12 or 13 and if so, how on Earth would they work that out? I knew it would prove to be explainable, but they had me going.
I must admit that while it did have me weepy in parts and stifling sobs in a room full of family, it was sadly predictable in a way only a family show can be. Oh, they're gonna upgrade Ms. Hartigan? Surprise... The Hartigan/Hartman thing was nice? Or sad. I liked it. So not sad. But anyway.
"Bravo, Doctor!!" Oh that made me cry--most rewatchable moment I'd guess--the look on Ten's face as he realized he was getting an ovation! Priceless and it made me weep!
"Sometimes they forget me" Oh, bugger. Donna. Oh Donna, how I miss you!
And someone please explain the shades (the Cyber Orangutans)! I like 'em but they were sadly underutilized by the ep and by the cyberfolk. I wanna see more of 'em.
Oh, that wee boy...Frederick...the look on TD's face.....**Sniff**
"They break my heart" No, he just breaks ours. *Snurfle*
*Sigh*
I was happy to have it, even if my stupid PS3 wouldn't recognize the file format so I had to convert it to play on my new Zune and play it through that on the huge new Telly. :D Not bad for upconversion from the zune-size screen to the 46in screen :D
And saw the Spirit today and it was TOTALLY MADE OF WIN of the highest magnitude. "That's why the Homelesses keep getting hurt: it's free!"
