Experience the Pain

I haven't posted here in forever. And what should I find when I try and post an old draft about boy problems. I am always having boy problems. Oh well.

Anyways, the real reason I am here is to share my awesome time at the New York Comic-Con. I didn't get to meet as many famous people as I would have liked. I did get to meet Seth Green and Claudio from Coheed and Cambria. I didn't tell him I hate his music and I didn't punch him in the face, even though I have told many people if I ever meet him that's what I will do. I couldn't do it. He seemed like a nice enough fellow. I took lots of pictures of me with people dressed up. I'm sure they will be on the Heroes blog before too long. If some of the more stupid ones don't make it I will try and put them on Facebook or something. But I don't have internet do that might be difficult. I bought some cool stuff. There were some French publishers who were there trying to drum up interest in acquiring rights for people to translate their books into English. There were some amazing things. I bought three of them and spent way too much money. I took some time away from the convention to go to a gallery to see a Yinka Shonibare exhibit. It was pretty sweet. And I got to go to H&M. I didn't get to meet Grant Morrison. And I didn't get anything signed. But other than that I had a great time. I worked like a dog, but I got to eat some good food. And I did get to say "hi" to Walter Simonson (and his wife) and Jerry Robinson. There were a lot of peole there, but for the most part the crowds were fine. My only real complant was that the booth across from us who were there to promote a video they did played the same stupid song on a loop and the same video clips all day for three days. The same song. It was bad. drawnbypain.com. The dude was very nice and pleasant. So I couldn't get too mad. I really hope I get a good night's sleep tonight. We arrived in Charlotte at 6:45 this morning and I decided to come into work today. So I'm planning on getting a burrito with my man and getting some sleep. I havne't got to see him much in the past two weeks. He went to Jersey/New York and then I went to New York. I miss him.

Life is pretty good right now.

Hope everyone is doing well.
