В Румынию по финской визе на 90 дней: с 01.02.2014
В настоящее время по финскому мульту через Румынию можно лишь транзитировать не более 5 дней. Теперь она открывается на 90, как год назад Болгария.

(1) Third state nationals, holders of uniform visas valid for at least two or multiple entries, of long-stay visas, or of residence permits, other than those provided for in art. 128 para. (1), issued by Schengen Member States, can enter the territory of Romania for the purpose of an uninterrupted stay or of multiple stays the duration of which cannot exceed 90 days throughout any 180 day period prior to each day of stay in Romania, without requiring a short-stay visa, should the documents presented be valid, and the authorized number of entries and the duration of stay not be exhausted.
