It's the start of something completely new.
the first thing I thought of when I read this line was high school musical (I'm sorry! ::cringes::) but it made me squee

Having never seen High School Musical, I can assure you that was a coincidence.

Thank you so much! I've gotten into the habit of writing most days, so popping off 1-2k words in an hour or so is nothing for me. I also finished this fic ahead of time (last month), so it sometimes looks like I write more than I do because I post at specific times and for specific things.

Yukimura stops. He tugs on Sanada's hand and pulls him backward. Yukimura's arm slides up to Sanada's elbow. He hugs Sanada's arm tight and his eyes flick up. His lashes are long, his eyes dark as they reflect the last of the afternoon's light. "Sanada," he whispers.

"Mn?"

"We'll train him."

haha. Ok, I'll translate: "Sanada, We're going to have a baby."

You know? I'd like to be more objective and write a wiser comment, but I just can't. Because this is wonderful and possibly sappy, but first loves are all about this and this makes me inmensely happy.

Still amazes me how you filled in the blanks and everything makes sense. Despite being the same canon, pop references, inner jokes and the same fic author, you can make all your stories completely different.

Is interesting the way Sanada sees everyone else in the beginning and how obnoxious Niou can be.

OK, if after the first Nationals win he confess, after the second he kisses, poor guy, he won't get laid! XD
But I have to keep reading, ne? :D

That's one thing I always worry about when I write- are the stories different enough from previous ones? How can I make something new and/or different and/or fresh? So, that you think these fics are different really makes me glad, Maye. Thank you!

Niou and Sanada...eheheh...you know how I feel about that...it seems to get worse and worse as I progress, the natural state of Niou-bothering-Sanada-being-bothered-by-Niou is too much fun not to include.
