I was seriously wondering why there was mention of a pack of cigarettes. I had the feeling he was itching to get behind the wheel, but the cigarettes confused me. XD

The cigarettes were just a literary detail, referring to the fact the van driver wanted a smoke when he stopped to fill up the tank, at which time Renji was planning to, ahem, take over the wheel ;)

To be true ... I read this fic all over again last night and I loved it even more than the first time I read it.

Like I already said in my first comment at RE I liked the way Yagyuu wasn't that gentleman-like as he always seems to be and I flailed so hard because of Yukimura's bitching that it almost hurt ♥ I don't have to mention that I loved the hint at Yanagi and his car obsession ^_~
I'm glad that you wrote a fic not only with D1 as the main pairing but Rikkai as a hilarious team which consists of normal teenage boys (what most people forget or don't seem to understand sometimes).

OMFG! This was the most hysterical fic I've ever had the pleasure of reading. I can't remember the last time I've laughed so hard or so much while reading something. I think I went through half a box of tissues wiping away my tears of laughter. XD I can't name my most favorite part, because I loved everything. But I know I was laughing so hard over the whole lack of temple/Familymart part. I scared my dogs because I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe and almost fell out my chair. XD
