Did you know that the Spider-man costume in the cartoon series has two pictures of spiders on it?  Did you know that each of those spiders only has six legs?  Spiders have eight legs.  Spider-man has been running around fighting crimes with pictures of ordinary insects on his suit!  He has the outline of an insect, a squishable, eek!, but not in a potentially dangerous way, pathetic insect.  Sure people are afraid of bugs, but would you be as afraid of two ants as you would be of two spiders?  Maybe Peter Parker failed grade two science and when he was making his "spidey" suit he forgot about the whole "not an insect, actually an arachnid" thing.  Or maybe Stan Lee was just too lazy to draw all eight legs.  OR! maybe HE was the one to fail grade two science.  I wonder if he ever watched The Magic School Bus.  I mean, they go over that kind of stuff a zillion times per episode.  If he was a Magic School Bus fan, and who isn't, then he really has no excuse.  Six legs...Honestly.

Oh by the way, I'm now officially nineteen and have started my twentieth year. -^-^-  May 24, 1988 12:46AM!  Yay!

Now I'm going to sleep.  I can only hope I have dreams about insects and arachnids.
