Why is it that misplaced "quotations" are so disturbing?  Something about misplaced quotations make me shudder.  I'll never claim to have excellent grammar, but misused quotation marks always have and always will frustrate me.  Granted, sometimes they can make ordinary signs hilarious, just like the "Elect Tom Collins" sign which made Kristin laugh hysterically.  Still, I think the general population needs to be educated on the proper use of those levitating commas.

Also, livejournal is not dead!  ^-^
