Does anyone know what you're supposed to do to cure a cold? [Because she hasn't been letting Axel do much because he's sick, but she also doesn't really know what will help make him better.] Just...any kind of medicine, or some foods

Axel is an idiot. He wouldn't let me help him at all. I know what will help, but he has to at least let me help him!

And what about you? Are you taking care of yourself?

[She laughs a little bit.] That's just Axel. [It took a lot of finagling and puppy eyes to get him to just sit down, shut up, and drink his darn tea.

But when Selphie asks how she is, Xion offers a quick smile.]

I'm fine. [She doesn't...really know Selphie all that well -- not well enough to admit that she's hurting and worried and very confused.] Don't worry.

*Selphie gives a warming smile, tilting her head gently at the girl. Yeah, they didn't know each other well, but she knew that Xion was very important to Axel, and the girl looked like she could use some cheering up regardless*

So, if you're looking after Axel, then who is looking after you?

Axel. [She says it easily, with a little laugh in her voice. Sure, she's taking care of him, and she doesn't want him to be up and doing anything but getting better, but it still feels like he's looking after her. It goes with that sense of security her best friends give her, and even if Roxas is gone, she still has Axel. And...even if she wouldn't say it aloud, it was definitely because Axel was taking care of her that she even slept the night before, let alone managed to pull herself mostly together for the day.]

He doesn't have to be doing anything more than just being around.

*What a gorgeous reply! Selphie looks incredibly pleased with Xion's reply, and it shows in her eyes and her bright smile*

Axel's very lucky to have you as a friend. But, y'know, I can come round with some stuff to help, and let you relax a little.

[Xion returns the smile, even if it's not as bright. But she shakes her head.]

No, but thank you. I...I appreciate it. [She does appreciate the offer; it's very kind, but...she wants to keep busy.]

We could bake some cookies for him for when he's better? With ginger too - that's good for colds!
