Furious at how her attack on the Colonial planets had been interrupted by a most unpleasant encounter, Eighth flew rapidly back to Fandom. In her anger, she didn't notice any trace of her creator who had merely ghosted a day or two in her place at Fandom, nor did she notice that most of the student body was gone and that it was Spring Break. Nor did she notice that she was wearing one black sock and one dark grey sock. Alas.
