[Monday Morning]

He arrived at dawn, landing and cloaking his ship on a side of the island. It was an easy walk from there to the campus.

Eighth - light years away with her armies - truly believed that she wasn’t coming back from her upcoming conquest of twelve insignificant planets. But Fifth knew otherwise. Watching her from afar and keeping his connection only one-way (as it would have been devastating if she knew he was still alive), he felt like he was beginning to know her better and better. She couldn’t stay away from her home planet forever.

And if this allowed him a little playtime with humans - well. It would be nice.

Her office was tidy and her letter of resignation was left on the desk, unsigned. He smiled at it and tucked it away. Pulling out her lesson plans, he reviewed them and planned on a lesson that would suit him.

At the sound of a whirring in a corner, he noticed one of her replicators analyzing him. He hated to do this as it might give himself away - but he connected with the link and destroyed it before it could send a message to its mistress.

He sighed. He was only delaying the inevitable.

[[ooc: The Eighth vs. the cylons scene has been delayed and therefore a Tactics of War sub was needed. And no, he is not a hobbit.]]
