Of Montreal: Feb. 18th, 2006 @ Polish American Club of Miami
wow, just wow. tonight was really great.
i saw so many people it was insane. lazaro, kenny, lorena, shirley, anthony, laura, paula, nina, sara, chris, juan, gian, and so on. i was at the very front of the stage, it was nice but kind of uncomfortable because i was standing between these two huge speakers. and all the pretentious hip kids decided to smoke all at once. yeah guys. i totally enjoy secondhand smoke. i have a sore throat now.
despite all that stuff, of montreal was great.
they are fantastic.
amazing.

they asked us to marry them!

no one in the back would shut up so he kept complaining and i was really annoyed with them as well.
at one point he asked for someone's pen so i pulled mine out. he asked us to write people's names and stuff because he wanted to replace the names on the paper with the names in the song and he used some girl steph. i eventually got my pen back. haha.

some guy got on stage but james told him to get off, because it was quite obvious that the guy was totally drunk.
they played the best songs. not in this order, but all i can remember was:

-wraith pinned to the mist and other games
-chrissie kiss the corpse
-sad love eros' entropic tundra, ooops lolol
-i was never young (i think?)
-so begins our alabee
