Sorry I haven't made a real post in a while...

but I've been doing pretty good lately...and whenever I post anything about feeling good my brain decides to revolt against me...with flashbacks or memories or something else that can be less than pleasant...my brain is plotting against me...and may, in fact, be in league with the devil...this is pure speculation at this point
