(no subject)
So I decided that I should make a post about what I've been up to, cause I feel like I've done a billion things this holiday. I have gone shopping about a million and one times, and the only thing I've bought was two movies, Beetle Juice and Edward Scissor Hands, and some over priced shampoo I refuse to live without. My mom bought me 6 boxes from Ikea, because I love organizing my room and I really needed boxes that matched.
On Saturday, after 8 months of being lazy and avoiding it, I finally got my G1, which is the "learners permit" in Canada. No idea what it's called in the states. I almost passed out waiting for the stupid results. I had gone back in April having not studied at all, literally did not even open the book, and failed half of the test. It's pretty miraculous I didn't fail the whole thing, but I was so worried I would fail again. So yeah, in 8 months I can go for my G2 which means I can drive by myself. I can't wait.
I also saw Juno last night with Patrica (
misszigg2x0) and my friend Alessia, who is insane because she was leaving for Jamaica at 3 in the morning and we left the theatre at like 11:45. Oh, and when she did get home she was online and downloading the Juno Soundtrack. I hope she had a nice morning. Anyway, Juno was amazing. It was hilariously funny, and everyone was laughing watching it, which I was happy about. I didn't want to get stuck in a theatre with lame old people who had no sense of humour. But by the end I was crying. I need to see this movie again clearly. I loved it. Oh, and I'm going up to Brampton, which is conveniently only 20 minutes from my house, to go stalk Michael Cera. Then I'll go to Sherway Mall where I heard Ryan Gosling was doing Christmas shopping last week. Thank you Canada for having very attractive famous people.
And lastly, tonight, New Year's...I'm going to dinner with Patricia and Alannalama and then we're coming back to my house to play Alanna's wii, watch movies, bake, eat more, watch mtv, lurk the internet, and make fun of people in our school. I don't think at 16 I could ask for a better New Year's.
So yeah, thats it. Oh, I'm going to cut my hair Wednesday but I'm kind of scared. I want to cut it all off, basically, but I don't know how it will look. Oh well, you win some you lose some. Hope you all have a wonderful New Year's. I can't wait for 2008. I have a feeling its gonna be pretty amazing.
