- 07:52:31: I'm here at my old college campus ready to go running with my old cross country teammates and get our butts handed to us by the new team!
- 10:46:56: Whee! I beat my goal time on the old cross country course by nearly a minute! Ran a 29:06 and felt pretty good the whole race...

- 16:51:22: Wow, slept HARD after my great race this am! Fun to run with my old college cross country friends, but this race kicks my butt every year..
- 16:52:08: I'm more sore now than I am after most marathons. That's what I get for not doing any cross country grass and hill training all summer....
