We couldn't seem to get a non-blurry photo. The Notre Dame!
The place de la Concorde is an area where you can see all the major landmarks in Paris. Ahead of me, in this picture is the obelisk and in the distance, the l'arc du Triomphe. Behind me is the Jardin des Tuileries and the Louvre. And to the left is the Eiffel Tower.
This was Heminway's bar. The bartender there, Colin, is known for making drinks depending on how you're feeling. Mine, in the middle, designed to make me feel at home in France was a VERY strong martini, with Chambord and another liquer that had a flowery taste. It was garnished with two orchids. The one on the far right is known as a ritz cider and was apple juice with champagne; it's hard to see but there is a rose coming out of that glass. The one on the left was a strawberry-ish martini, but tasted of fresh strawberries, not artificial strawberry flavouring.
I should have taken more pictures, but I was doing my very best to look non-touristy. I really, really wanted to take a picture of the Ritz washroom (it's like a hall of mirrors) but could never seem to be in there on my own.
