Work Experience
So today was my second 8:30-2:30 shift at Chase. I showed up and during security checks I started talking with coworkers and stuff. I actually got really close to them today and whats really great is that they all have my sense of humor. So we were laughing and stuff and then I headed back to the back to start online training. I ended up getting done with it at 11:30 (so 6 hours yesterday and 3 hours today = 9 hours. normal time to complete it is 30 hours). And i even got 100% on the tests. so i walked up front and pressed the super secret passcodes to get into the teller workspace and told my ABM that i was done. so i just stood up there and observed for a while. then Faith got off break and she started training me.. only by "training" i mean that she put me on her drawer and let me go. i was hella nervous but kept my cool and i think i did pretty well. i mean, i know i was slow, but i never messed up. then the PB, Trisha, and my BM, Caroline, were talking about me behind me while i was with a customer. (i pretended not to hear). but they were complimenting me and saying that i was doing amazing for being only on my 2nd day and that i fit in very well cuz i was goofy and funny like every1 else. it made me smile and my train of thought got messed up while working with the customer, so i froze HAHA oops. but then i turned around after i had no customers and Caroline high-fived me for doing great. HAHA how many managers give new employees high-fives. BUT!! ARGH! i hated it cuz i was nervous + my hand was sitting on the counter for a while, so i knew it was hella sweaty, so i like slightly did a high-five. i was so embarassed. but then my ABM picked up a phone call and said it was for me.. AHH i was nervous. it was an orientation girl following up on wat i was doing and welcoming me to Chase. she told me to go back to online training and complete the Code of Conduct module. argh.. ANOTHER TEST... so i went back and passed it with flying colors. (PS. im not allowed doing ANY transactions for friends/family. so dont come in expecting to work with me .. i guess unless you can pretend very well that you dont know me) hahahha but anyways. i asked for tomorrow off, so next day is thurs. 8:30-2:30. i dont move to afternoons for another few weeks. oh well.. it goes hella fast and i still have the whole day afterwards.. only no fuzzy fezzy time any more..... (speaking of you, i went to Kroger by ur house today by myself for a few things such as chips and salsa and lemon lime pop and family value products.. i kinda missed you a lil)
other than that, i went in and took my last written French test of the quarter today. tomorrow is oral. then im DONE! i have stat final next tues and then econ final next thurs. THEN THE QUARTER IS DONE.. and NYC trip begins. im also going to try to work closer to 28 hours a week so i can get my paychecks up to the 600 region to pay off my purchases of pretty new things.
well, i heard heathers shower end, im going to go make some Skittles :-P and we are watching a movie.. most likely Pirates:Curse of the Black Pearl! :-)

other than that, i went in and took my last written French test of the quarter today. tomorrow is oral. then im DONE! i have stat final next tues and then econ final next thurs. THEN THE QUARTER IS DONE.. and NYC trip begins. im also going to try to work closer to 28 hours a week so i can get my paychecks up to the 600 region to pay off my purchases of pretty new things.
well, i heard heathers shower end, im going to go make some Skittles :-P and we are watching a movie.. most likely Pirates:Curse of the Black Pearl! :-)
