(no subject)
Ok..and now Hollywood video is accusing us of NOT RETURNING that damned movie. So we're going to have to pay for it!
I know..I know very well that I'm the most forgetful person I know. But I had three DVD's in my hand when I put them in the return slot. No less. Three DVDs, and Slaughterhouse Massacre was one of them. But it never made it from the box to the counter. So we're not going to rent from Hollywood anymore. Seriously..can they just charge you when it's their fault? I know people take crappy care of things, and fail to return them, but the fact that it's THAT movie and not Prozac Nation or the other one we rented really pisses me off.
UGH!
And guess what? My dentist appointment was awful. My teeth are failing me. Thanks to my high fever when I was 4, I have deformed molars and little enamel. The hygenist told me to invest in the best dental plan I can when I start teaching because I'm going to need it. Crowns to come in a few years.
Oh, and my top wisdom teeth are as hooked as they can get. So that'll be fun. They get to break my teeth before they take them out. Mom scheduled an appointment for me on the 22nd of August in Watertown. Of course, without asking me, so I'll be fucked over for ensemble auditions. I know, it doesn't sound like a big deal, but could place me in a different ensemble for an entire semester. I was kind of hoping to stay in Orchestra this next semester so I can play Carmina Burana...
And I have to get my wisdom teeth out...now before the roots totally take hold.
Why couldn't have mom saved some insurance for me last year so I could have gotten into the dentist? Then I would have gotten them out earlier in the summer, so it wouldn't screw me over.
So, that's my lovely news. We play in the mall next week. That'll be awesome. We're playing something called "Horns a plenty". That says it all...except not. Two more weeks...
Seeing Kids From Wisconsin tonight. Seeing the show on campus on Friday..ushering so I don't have to shell out $13.
Also..I'm poor. I don't know if I can pay my bills. SWEET.
But things are generally going well. Most is well. And I love Resident Evil 4. What a sweet game.
