02. Must follow LJ-dimension rules: no more than 100x100 or 40kb. Do not share your icon anywhere before this challenge is over.
03. Brushes, textures, stock images are allowed.
04. Your icon must be submitted by FRIDAY, APRIL 14 at 10PM (EST)/7PM (PST).
05. Your icon must be submitted as a comment to this post. Feel free to ask any questions, but please do so in a separate comment than your entry! Comments are screened.
06. You can use your BYE if you'd like to. Just remember, you're only allowed ONE BYE unless you pimped the community. At this point, everyone has at least one bye. Comment here if you want to use the bye.
07. You may ONLY use this cap. Do not blend in any other images/caps.
