"You're quite right. No matter the fine sentiments, it's still a chain letter. One half-expects it to end "Dave passed this message on, and within three days had fallen in love with Bill. Harry deleted the message and the very same afternoon was killed by two men with guns."

*grins evilly*

My kid is home sick today.  She's watching Alton Brown er...skin a squid.  I am watching some splinter phone company (translation - not the people I get my phone service from) work crew destroy part of my yard.  Why do they do this??  I could have moved the rose bushes they are parked on if I had any notice.  If they touch the azaleas my husband's grandmother planted over 30 years ago I may have to shoot them.

*ponders a full-on rant but just doesn't have energy for it today*

*drumroll*

Today is
seperis day!  Really.

Okay, okay, it wasn't supposed to be.  I didn't have this grand plan in mind or anything.  I was bumming around this morning and ended up rereading Skirting Dignity.

"Chop chop, Simpson. We have men to save."

Then I was going to post the link for the DVD Commentaries.

(I love the ones I have read so far.  It always surprises me the things people take away from any given story and how sometimes what they see matches what I see and other times it is worlds away. )

and then I read her entry for today and decided..why not just give her the whole day.  So I did.  Here's Entanglement Theory -

They *had my BDUs dry-cleaned*." Sheppard's starting to sound a little more on edge than Rodney's really sure is altogether healthy, with that strain in his voice that used to mean one of three things; Huge Fucking Disaster, Kolya, and sometimes, God, Another Alien Princess and Rodney Will Kill Me If He Sees This.

Go, read, have fun...I must go yell at big men with big machines.  Fearless or insane?  You all decide.
