You know those Quick Launch icons that are by the Start menu on Windows 98 and all those older programs? Does Windows XP not have them? Cause I've been making all my downloads "add icon to quick launch bar" and no where else (except in Programs, obviously), and now I can't find them ( Read more... )

And I am connected! YAY connection! Okay, so it's the wireless connection at the UW that Shadowlite defaults too anyway, so I have no idea if I'll still be able to connect at home (though the nice boy at the UW Help Desk claims that he has fixed my inablilty to browse options should I attempt to connect at home again...we shall see), but YAY!
