I was suddenly all in the mood for Driving Music. You know, those songs that you hear in your car (or elsewhere) that make you want to roll down the windows and turn up the volume so the rest of people caught in traffic can enjoy. Or the songs that just beg to be played during a road trip? Yeah, those kind of songs ( Read more... )

Most of it seems to be 80s; don't know if you're a big fan of that. But there's some other stuff, too!

Thanks! For the most part, I love the 80s, so I highly doubt I will have any protest.

Whee, music! Thanks again!

The more the merrier. :)

So far I've downloaded a few songs/artists I remember enjoying, but most of these I don't really remember just by title. Wanna suggest some of your favorites?

I really love all of them! :-D

a-ha "take on me" - you remember this one, don't you? It never gets played-out; love it dearly. I always remember the cool video, too, where the girl gets sucked into the comic?

"Cum on feel the noize" is pretty classic hair-metal.

"Bette Davis Eyes" is fun to sing in a I-smoke-three-packs-a-day voice.

as for the non-80s, that Abba song is really catchy. Badly Drawn Boy - "Bewilderbeast" is great to play loud, it's just an instrumental track.

I see you got a Band Marino. I LOVE them. They're from Orlando, and I saw them open for another band and I didn't care for them at first. They really grew on me. They have a very unique sound, I think; a little country, some rock, and catchy toe-tapping hooks.

Franz Ferdinand - one of many tracks I love. It gets into you, and it's weird to drive to, but I'm not a very standard person ;-)

And with that, I'm off to bed. Have an excellent night!
