So, my boss wants me to come in an hour and a half earlier tomorrow, and wants me to start closing Mondays. I guess she thinks "Oh, hey, there's all this stuff I need someone to do so I don't have to... I know! I'll dump it on the New Girl! She's only been here a week, and she knows it wouldn't be smart to reject anything!"
Heh... So, I get more responsibility even though I haven't even had my orientation yet. She must have a lot of faith in me or just simply not wanna expend the extra effort on herself...
Other then that, she seems like a really nice person... The kids definitely seem to like her, and she's been nice to me this past week, explaining the rules without really seeming to boss or disapprove when I did something against the rules (which, since I haven't had orientation yet, I've been learning as I go) cause it's kinda her fault I *haven't* had orientation yet. And, I love working there... The kids are great, even though they don't listen very well (hey, they're kids... It's their job, right? :) ). Though a pay check would be nice... Haven't gotten mine cause I started the week they were coming out, so I have to wait another three weeks for the next one. ::sighs::
