Cat came back. Nine chased it up a tree. She is now in the house and I hope the cat is on its way back to wherever it came from.
In other news, my computer is making funny noises... like the fan is wearing out (which it is), but it's not the fan that's making the noise. It's kinda a grinding buzz that seems to be centered around the CD and 3 1/2 inch floppy disk drives, even though neither one is being used at the moment. I think I'ma gonna shut down for a bit and hope it is gone when I restart.
