Ya know, it's a sad sad day when you find yourself scraping the sides of a cake frosting container that has been in the fridge for at least two years with a butter knife because you're craving something sweet that isn't chocolate - and you don't even *like* frosting that much! ::sighs ( Read more... )

No worries, that stuff is pure sugar. I think the only way it can go bad is if it gets hard. Besides, due to my distaste for frosting in general, I didn't eat more than a tablespoon's worth, if even, and spread out over a course of maybe a half hour, so I think I'm safe. :)
