Heh... Yeah, so whoever actually took bets on how long it would be before I was once again behind on LJ, you can now collect your winnings. Yuppers, I am once again behind. Yesterday was another frelling long day, and I didn't get home until around quarter after 8 at night, and then when I *did* get home, Shadow was being a bitchtralk and kept freezing up on me or not loading web pages. Well, actually, *she* was being the perfect little angel... it's IE that was misbehaving. Yeah, so what else is new. So, I didn't even get to check the most recent friends posts before IE crashed on me, and therefore am once again behind at least 50 posts and prolly closer to 75 or 100. I might be able to catch up tonight, but I ain't getting my hopes too high seeing as I have a math test tomorrow and plan on studying big time for it so I don't have a repete of that D I got last test. I also have my weekly history readings to start on, at least, and another essay for English due next week Tuesday, so I have to find sources for that. So, again with the appoligies if I seem to be more distant then usual when it comes to LJ.
Also, I'm only gonna give it until like Friday to get responces for this post:
http://www.livejournal.com/users/rensong/226715.html . After that, I'm axing people who aren't already on my "Not gonna cut, nope nope... no way" list, which again, many of you are already on. So, ya'll have another 3 days to respond, saying "No! Keep me! Pleeeease!?" or "Okies, snip away cause I never really read your stuff anyways... Thanks for making my own friends list easier to keep up on, though!" or something like that. :D
That said, yesterday... Yesterday was loooooooooong. Had classes from 9 until noon, and then I was stuck in town the rest of the afternoon until 4 when I worked. It was okay, though, cause I got some homework done and was able to read without feeling too guilty for a few hours. I also got some time to do a little shopping down at Target, which is within walking distance of the YMCA where I work, where I got another pair of lounge pants (this time a light grey/blue with oriential writing on them and *maybe* a faint dragon outline behind) and a pumpkin carving kit; one of those which has the cool designes you can carve into your pumpkin instead of the everyday boring scary faces or whatever and all the spiffy tools needed to carve em. I will have a jack'o'lantern this year, dammit! I don't care *how* busy I am! :)
As for work, well... it was boring. Big pool was closed cause of a broken pipe, so once again there were two lifeguards withonly one small pool to watch. Thankfully, Kids Korner doesn't come in on Mondays, otherwise it woulda been like being dropped into the 7th level of hell with only one small pool and like 50+ annoying, obnoxious, stupid and roudy kids. But, it was still boring seeing as for once there was actually a family swimming in there, so us lifeguards couldn't stand around and jabber in the "pool office" like we usually do. But, hey, I guess ya gotta just keep telling yourself "I'm getting paid for this. I'm getting paid for this. I'm getting paid for this." in your head... YAY money!
And wow, this is getting a little longer then it was supposed to be, so I shall stop now and toddle off to my geography class. And, since I'm posting this from school (obviously), sorry for the many typos and spelling errors I'm sure are in this post. :)
