Owwwww-wieeee... My toe hurts.
Just an FYI? Kicking a big cement step rather hard with bare feet hurts like a son of a bitch. It also makes painful blood blisters/scrapes on the tip of your big toe that are *really* hard to keep band-aids on. And then jamming aforementioned toe once or twice after that due to said band-aid (aka, a big 1 inch pad band-aid across the top and then wrapping almost the entire toe in old, and there for sticky, athletic tape) getting stuck on fabric and grass and the likes really doesn't help matters much. ::wiggles her poor battered toe::
On a totally different note, Sci Fi finally decided to show season 5 Stargate SG-1 on their Monday marathons. FUCK YEAH, BABY!!! And I *finally* see the background ep for Teal'c! Even bigger FUCK YEAH! ::happy spazzing::
And then on another totally different note, found out what time the new student orientation is tomorrow. Orientation at 12:30, but you can come earlier to pick up books. That's the good news. The bad news is, I think I'll be needing at least 4 books this semester, maybe even 5, and running at 100 bucks or more a pop, that will set Maren back big time, since I don't think financial aid coverers books. And once more I am cursing the UW Marshfield/Wood County for not yet having one of those lovely book rental stores in place. ::sighs::
