Ugh... I am soooo frickin tired at the moment I sware I could kill over at any time.
But, it is over. I am now a certified lifeguard for another three years.
And I actually made it though the 500 yrd swim, despite it being 200 yards front crawl leading straight into 150 breast stroke. You had a choice between the two for the last 150. And that might not sound like a lot, but it really is for me. It's 10 laps, 20 lengths, in the big pool at the YMCA. Ugh, I'm just glad it's over.
And! I only ended up inhaling water once or twice, and both of those times were during the practice rescues!
But it's over. Done. Finito. I don't have to worry about it for another three years. Thank fucking god.
