More fic recs. I have an addiction. I am not ashamed to admit it.
Okay, maybe a little ashamed... But only when I think about exactly HOW MUCH of my life I have probably used up reading fan fiction. But I'm usually over it in about ten seconds. ;)
White Collar/Chuck/Fringe
Intelligent Designs by auburn. David Robert Jones wants the Intersect and Neal Caffrey is the thief he'll use to get it. It took me awhile to get into this one, but man what a ride once I did. Long and plotty, it gives White Collar and Chuck a sci-fi twist that brings them up to Fringe-level of weird and creepy. There is Chuck and Bryce being adorable and loyal BFFs, there is Neal being vulnerable and Peter human and flawed and Not Being Okay With Everything, and there is lots of Elizabeth being awesome. Also, Fringe people! Which I know next to nothing about, but I still followed the story clearly.
Dresden Files/Star Trek Reboot
The Only Logical Conclusion by jedibuttercup. Forget the sufficiently advanced science and the fact that Kirk and his men had swum against the Currents of Time; the fact that their particular wizard might be one I'd actually heard of might just be the most unbelievable part of their tale.

False Friends by Rubynye. Kirk/Galia friendship (with benefits, of course) never fails to make me happy.
Darkness Always Gets There First by Thistlerose. Winona Kirk wants revenge on the mysterious Romulan who killed her husband and her captain. Life keeps getting in the way.

wishbone by falseeeyelashes. an assortment of moments collected among the living and the dead (but mostly the dead)). brennan, booth/brennan. rated pg. 2432 words. spoilers through season 3 (OLD SCHOOL!)
Firefly
Aboard, About, Above, Across by jedibuttercup. The Lady Tam was surely dressed for floor-twirling antics, and not the foufy-skirt type like what Kaylee preferred, nor the violent sort that had ended with Jayne on the floor, neither.
Ghostbusters
Pastrami and Particles (aka Winston's Third Day On the Job) by seren_ccd. Considering Winston’s first day as a Ghostbuster included a crash course on the containment system and how to use a proton pack and then his second day involved three back to back busts which left him covered head to toe in slime, Winston wasn’t sure what his third day on the job would bring.

Equilibrium by augustbird. At Baskerville, John is infected by a virus that turns him into a genius. But when the infection progresses into neurodegeneration, it's a race against time to save himself. Flowers for Algernon fusion.
Stargate SG-1
Breathless by Fig Newton. Four times Sha're caught her breath, and one time she didn't. Five double-drabbles that span her life from pre-series through FIAD. Includes canon character death(s); basically gen, but includes some Daniel/Sha're. Amazing Sha're introspection. If I could change one thing about the series, it would be that Sha're got more opportunity to shine.
Routine Mission by maranya14. "Those are not birds out there, Staff Sergeant: what they are is goddamn dinosaurs with wings!". Just a day in the life of SG-13 as they explore the galaxy.
Stargate Atlantis
Senbazuru by inocciduous. Senbazuru: a group of one thousand origami paper cranes held together by strings. An ancient Japanese legend promises that anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes will be granted a wish by a crane. It is commonly said that folding 1000 paper origami cranes makes a person's wish come true. They can also be gifted to a new baby for long life and good luck. Hanging a Senbazuru in one's home is thought to be a powerfully lucky and benevolent charm. Miko and her flock of paper cranes.

The Dog Days Are Over by jwynn. “Why aren’t you dead?” she asks. He smirks and says, “Because Odin loves sadism almost more than his missing eye.” A few weeks after their conversation the night of Loki's sentencing, Natasha discovers him on Earth.
Frankenweenie, Eat Your Heart Out by intangible_girl. An AU where Bruce turns himself into the Hulk a little earlier than in canon. Like, 25 years earlier.
Asylum 'Verse by carleton97 and Sister_Wolf. The story of how Darcy Lewis accidentally helps found the Avengers while having an epic, failboaty romance with that dude she nailed in a bar two years ago. Tasers, jackbooted thugs, Tony Stark, and life-altering job offers are par for the course when you help discover an alien/god dude with amazing pecs. There is no such thing as too much of Darcy Being Awesome. I may have to give her her own tag if I keep discovering (or re-discovering; I TOTALLY read this story months ago, but some how it never made it into my recs) stories like this. Also, steamy parts are steamy.
