Hey, quick question for you - you still trying to rent out you're extra room? Gramma is to the point where she needs 24 hour care, so once her lease is up in April-ish, she'll be moving in with Mom and Dad and I'll be in the market for a new place to live. I'm very tempted to set up shop in Stevens Point/Plover area again, so I thought I'd ask if the offer you gave way back last summer still stands. If not, that's totally fine as well - you all in the Plover house were just the first people I thought of.
You are one of like two people in the world that I would be willing to live with... If the room is ever open, it's yours. Though right now it needs a new window, a paint job, and a new carpet minimum.
If it's open and you're willing to have me, I'm totally in. I'll even help on the remodel if you could use some extra hands.
It's open. Just needs work. If you are in for sure I will do the work to get it ready. Just let me know.
