Oi, Castle, Beckett - making eyes at each other the each other almost the ENTIRE TIME you were in the bank together wasn't suspicious at all. And I would bet money Trapper John recognized your voice the moment you opened your mouth, Kate.
That said, I think Beckett should totally look into Hostage Negotiation as a side job, because she would kick ass at it.
Won't mention anyone, either, as I said it would only be a tiny Spoiler, but I totally knew who the Bad Guy was almost from the moment we saw them. Okay, maybe from the second or third moment, but still - figured it out way at the beginningish of the episode instead of only a minute or two before the rest of the cast figures it out like I usually do!
