So, earlier this afternoon I got it into my head to try on my new-and-improved Abby costume (okay, so not new, only improved, and only in that I found a very Abby-esque shirt at target), and then take some pictures complete with hair-and-makeup. I did not put the skirt on cause, yeah, it's cold and I couldn't do full-body self portraits anyway, ( Read more... )

What, the gazillion fall colors pictures I've sent you the last few weeks weren't a give away? ;) This is the result of having parents who were/are professional photographers.

And it really is an awesome shirt. I paid full price for it (though I think it was only 11 bucks, so not bad) because of it's awesomness. And there is a fairly good chance I will wear it year-round and not just during Halloween.

I went to Target this weekend (they've got the cheapest decent-quality diapers) and saw a Halloween shirt that I was sorely tempted to buy for myself. It was gray with a little black-sparkly ghost on it. REALLY cute ( ... )

I know it. :( Maybe I'll have to go back up there next week and see if they're still around. They should be... there were quite a few up there.

Or maybe I should just order it off the website... I seem to recall it was more than 8 bucks at the store.

Yeah, but if you order it online, then you have to pay for shipping, too, so it would probably cost about the same.

Either way, it would be worth-while treat for yourself. You could probably get away with wearing that one year-round, too.

Yea. I have a hard time buying clothes that are holiday specific. The closest thing I have to that is a sweater with a big snowflake stitched on the front of it. But it works for the whole winter season, not just the holidays so I guess that doesn't really count either. :)
