(no subject)
One of these days, I should start the episode babble/review/whatever again. But not today.
Bones season finale = AWESOME! How they pulled off the Big Honkin Spoiler (you all who have heard/seen it know what I'm talking about) worked *really* well (better than the other Big Freaking Spoiler from last week, which I was kinda "eh, not so much" about - I'm with icepixie on that one) and I wasn't at all disappointed.
Also, seeing the entire crew back together was great. HIYEEE ZACK! HIYEEEE MAX! And all the interns and their parts as The Lab crew totally made me giggle a few times. Wendle (sp?) doesn't play the bodyguard very well, but I think that may have been the point. English Guy (can't remember his name) was an awesome DJ, though, and I loved his outfits.
I really liked how they did Booth/Brennan. I know that as one of the rare non-shippers (they are Best Friends Forever! Sex would mess it up too much!) in this fandom I'm kind of doomed to disappointment, but actually, it didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. Probably because they weren't actually Booth and Brennan. I mean, they *were*, but they weren't, you know? Anyway, I'm still not sold on the inevitable hook up, but at least now I have a better feeling that they are one of the few TV couples who might be able to pull off the BFF and still have sex and stuff. Possibly even an actual deep, meaningful relationship.
In other news, it is 40 degrees outside with a 30 degree windchill. Must love Wisconsin weather.
