(no subject)
In a fit of boredom, I watched the first episode of Castle online. I wasn't trying to avoid it or anything, but I was hoping to get a few more episodes on the air before I started watching cause then I wouldn't have to wait an entire week to see them, but nothing is on broadcast tonight (only channels I get) and I'm kind of tired of reading. I suppose I could've done some homework, but yeah, like that was going to happen (I know, I'm horrid. Bad Maren, no cookie for you).
Aaaanyway, I'm not going to say I'm impressed because it was pretty much what I expected - I was expecting something amusing and entertaining, and that's what it was. I really did enjoy it (like I expected), and I will probably keep watching for as long as they decide to air it. It is on ABC, so that means it has a slightly brighter future then it would on FOX. Still not sure if it has the balls to last, though. It conflicts with Medium on NBC and CSI Miami on CBS. Not sure about CSI Miami, but I know that Medium was pretty popular last year on NBC.
Who knows, though, with this wonderful world of Online Episodes, Castle might actually have a chance to finish an entire season. Maybe. One can hope, I suppose.
