Back from Appleton. Went to Red Lobster and ate too much (I had the Wood Grilled Shrimp Salad and Soup lunch); it was a bit expensive, but hey, that's Red Lobster for you. You are definitely paying for your service there - our waitress kept our glasses filled without us having to ask, and she was really nice and friendly. She got a very large tip.

Went to the mall for an hour or two after lunch to wander around. All of use found some good deals - Dustin got a 30 dollar robe for 6 dollars, and I got a 60 dollar pair of cargo pants for 30 bucks. They aren't going to be as beloved as the Nori pair I'm wearing right now, but these days it's so hard to find nice women's cargo pants that aren't either tight fitting or capri-style (or both), I'll take what I can get.

Oh! And I found a soft, greyish *purple* long sleeved mens t-shirt for sleeping in at Target for 6 bucks down from 15. That was probably my happiest find.

Also, the one inch of snow the meteorologists were predicting turned into about two or three inches, and it was snowing allllllll day. According to Dan (who works nights at Copps), it started snowing at about midnight last night and it didn't let up until about an hour ago. That means I'm going to have to shovel the drive way again, but on the bright side 1) I won't have to do it in OMG, COLD! like I would've if it snowed yesterday or Thursday, and 2) Mandy is probably going to be getting back around 3:00 tomorrow morning, so I'll have a shovel-buddy again once she wakes up.

And... thats all I got for now.

roommates, friends, travel, fun, snow, shopping, food
