Why am I up already? I don't have to be up for another hour. I have been awake/up since 6:30. Why does my body choose *now* to be all "Lets go! Up and at 'em! The sun is up and we're wasting daylight!", when, in fact, my 8:00 lab is finished for the semester and I don't have class until 10. Curse you, body! You cost me an additional hour and a half of sleep!
That said, it is snooooooooooooing! Fluffy white flakes are still falling and there is already an inch or two on the ground! I hope it lasts until I walk to school in another two hours, preferably with out the wind deciding to pick up as well.
I am not, however, looking forward to trying to shovel our sidewalk (and maybe driveway, depending on Mandy's little Ford. Coyote eats snow for breakfast, so two inches really isn't going to slow him down. It might, in fact, speed him up a bit since he has needed a new set of tires for about a year now, I just haven't been able to afford them. Wheee, fish-tailing!) without an actual snow shovel. Monday's dusting was easy enough to push-broom, but I don't think it will be so simple with three-to-four inches of snow when all is said and done. That's Wisconsin for you, I suppose.
::debates whether or not to run out side and play in the snow::
Alas, I must resist, cause I have to do my Intro to Soils and Water lab. Damned homework.
