Wow - this eye makeup stuff is wicked hard to get off.

::has already showered, wiped off with water, wiped off with soapy water, tried again with regular water and a q-tip, and it still looks like she has makeup on::

Try baby oil if you have some, that works pretty well. Also check and see if you bought water proof stuff, that's always harder to get off.

It was some really cheap stuff that came with mascara and a bonus eye liner for 6 dollars. I suppose it could be waterproof, though.

Probably isn't though, sometimes it's just hard to get the stuff off. Try the baby oil though, that even gets water proof mascara off.
