Everyone knows loss, and to their own degree. This week we lost a very dear member of the TDL family. Senselessly. Abruptly. That's all it takes, I guess. And that's life. That doesn't make it any easier to cope. Saddest part is that we can be certain it is not the last time. I've developed a healthy habit of keeping the seatbelt strapped up, but that's honestly not enough. Getting behind the wheel when you're gone is absurd... we're all stupid. I don't want to go to this wake tonight or the funeral... hell, I'm sure noone does. Be good lj kids. Rest in peace, Nick Medina.
