Run!
Following the bandwagon of many friends I've signed up for next year's Great Manchester Run (but hey, apart from the lovely Mr Harber, you were all following my bandwagon from this year ;-) ).
Was happy last time to come in at just under an hour and a half (honestly, was happy even to complete it). Must actually fit in more than 2 training runs this time round...
