My Birthday
First, I want to thank everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday! So this was my day:
Waking up to a Birthday kiss from the man
Sleeping in with Salem, who then woke me up later with kisses on my nose!
Happy Birthday from Mom.
Birthday wishes via phone and internet.
First conversation with Dad all day:
Storms into my room saying "Can you wait until Friday for your card?'
Me: "Well I guess, but today is my birthday, Dad."
Dad: "Grumbling sounds" storms out of room
Mom snuck me $20, and said, "Don't tell your father."
Later in the day, next "conversation" with Dad:
Walks into room, shoves card at me, walks away.
Go to work.
Lots more B-day wishes.
Home to man and awaiting b-day card.
Piece of a 9 layer chocolate cake made by him !
Bed!
So, despite my dad being the biggest asshole, my day wasn't too bad! Thanks again to everyone who thought of me! Off to have some breakfast . . . more chocolate cake!
