A movie of my life would have to be at least Science Fiction, Gothic Horror, Comedy... maybe Fantasy. Depends on where one is inclined to slot in demons, preserved heads, invisibility potions, magic, and Shinigami. Possibly religious, if one were inclined to look at life-after-death that way, though I doubt anyone in Meifu would be. And 'bureaucracy' is hardly a genre of film.
Have to be Anime, to fit everything in. It'd end up with a pretty high rating, too. (For violence, if nothing more interesting)
I haven't the faintest idea who would play me. Our whole office would be pretty hard to cast- not to mention the fortune on colored contacts they'd have to spend if it were live-action. Anime- maybe I'd get lucky, and they could find someone with a proper accent. ^^ I would only demand to be played by someone intelligent.
I'd have to wonder what parts of my life would go into a movie, though, especially given certain... gaps. From a scripting angle, it would be easier to deal with a linear progression. So the only bits that would count would be here- from Shokan division on.
Parts of the ending are rather too easy to predict.
