Desert Island
Three things to take with me while stranded on a desert island? Isn't that rather... illogical?
Firstly, if one were going to be stranded anywhere, isn't it unlikely you'd be able to choose what you had with you? Doubly so for us, really since any situation that could leave a Shinigami unable to teleport would seem to have a high likelihood of involving either demon, Muraki, or both... Though Muraki might just be odd enough to allow that kind of choice.
Therefore- in the spirit of enterprise!

-sunscreen
-paper and pencil ^^ (for drawing tropical birds!)
If the point of the question was the seclusion, rather than the desert island, I might think about it differently. A lot of people seem to have listed their friends or lovers- but that would only work if the one in question wouldn't kill you for dragging them off somewhere- not that I really have anyone to drag. I don't think 003 counts- she'd follow me anyway!
