(no subject)
Oh my, I haven't been here in so long my calendar is still on November, LOL.
This is the busiest time of the year for me, and to be honest, I haven't had much interest in going on the computer lately. Most nights, by the time dinner is over and kitchen cleaned up, it's late enough that all I really want to do is lie on the couch with a book and the cats and read until bedtime.
So...quick recap of the last 6-7 weeks...
1 emergency vet visit for Tigger, who ate something like a ribbon (still don't know what it was) that had to be pulled out of her; the Tardis convention successfully completed; 3 movies seen (The Illusionist, Casino Royale and Happy Feet); Xmas shopping completed; all gifts wrapped; 5 houses decorated (my own, my mom's, and 3 sisters'); Xmas baking done; gifts mailed; 2 family birthdays celebrated...plus working incredibly long hours at the store. Our in-store business hasn't picked up all that much, but our internet sales have been booming and we've been processing and shipping 50+ orders a day. Which is why we get home so late and I don't feel like going on the computer, LOL.
So I'm usually 2 weeks behind reading LJ, and I've missed some pretty important posts, I know...if anyone is wondering why I haven't responded to any given posting, see above for explanation. I suppose I'll get caught up one of these days...
