Which is why my general motto in life is that people suck. It's one thing to be firm on the (clearly listed) rules, and another thing to arbitrarily redefine rules as it suits one.
I don't think she did. The sign up post is clear that she wants romance and that although that doesn't have to involve NC17, there was a follow up post when people left open the option of reading genfic in the sign ups that again stressed that she wanted a romantic fiction and she reserved the right to reject fic for not meeting the rules.
Seems to me that, whilst you may not agree with that interpration, there's no arbitrary redefining going on here.
I'd always assume there was a gloss that said that if you got on the tits of the mod, the mod reserves the right to kick you out.
Maybe I should put that one in capitals in the next round of the Exchange. I used to believe in participatory democracy, and then it slipped into benevolent tyranny. By the end of the round, I want cattle prods.
Some people really do suck. In this case, though, I think it might be an act of a tad over zealous mod. Then again, there might be HUGE issues going on behind the scenes that might have made my little comment seem more than what it was.
